Francis Kiwanga is the Executive Director of the Foundation for Civil Society, since March of 2015. He is a dynamic and visionary civil society and legal practitioner with over 17 years of professional experience. Prior to FCS, he was the Executive Director of the Legal and Human Rights Centre and Matrix Consulting. Mr Francis holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Dar es Salaam. He serves as a member in various professional and association bodies including East Africa Law Society, Tanganyika Law Society, East Africa Grant Makers Association (EAAG) and Africa Philanthropy Network (APN)
