Lynnette is the Programs Manager at STEP and is based at the TechSoup Africa Office in Nairobi. She manages the relationships with the Global Network Partners while working with other team members to continuously develop and roll out the STEP Framework and digital resiliency for Non-Profits programs in Africa. A versatile Development Manager & Organization Development practitioner, Lynnette’s experience cuts across resource mobilization, project management, and grants administration, spanning over 12 years in youth development, Human Rights and Good Governance, Livelihoods, and Education Development. Before TechSoup, she consulted for Obama Foundation, Internews, Kenya Emerging Leader’s Foundation-Africa, and worked for Moving the Goal Posts- Kilifi, PAWA254. She is glad to be back in Philanthropy, having debuted her development Career at Kenya Community Development Foundation.
